Why do you use Paypal?
Our customers' security and ordering convenience is important to us and is vital to the success of our business. We chose to partner with Paypal® to provide you a secure, convenient and reputable shopping experience via one of the Internet's safest and most secure online payment processes available today.

Paypal® also allows us to accept a large variety of payment options for your shopping convenience. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit card or echeck 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

INK Books also services customers all over the world. By working with Paypal®, we are able to process multiple foreign currencies such as the Euros, Canadian Dollars, Pound Sterling and Yen.

Finally, our partnership with Paypal® allows us to increase your purchasing options while keeping our costs down. With Paypal®, we are able to process a multitude of domestic and international payment forms for a fraction of the cost opposed to maintaining multiple high-cost merchant accounts and foreign currency exchange accounts. These savings are ones we are able to pass on to you, our customer.

What if I don't have a Paypal account?
No problem. Setting up an account is fast and easy! When you've done shopping, hit the "Checkout" button. Follow the prompt, "If you've never paid through Paypal", to set-up your account. Keep a record of your account so you can use it for a variety of online payments options, such as online auctions.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit card, echeck (online orders only), personal or business checks and money orders. International currencies accepted are Euros, Canadian Dollars, Pound Sterling and Yen*.

Note that for orders paid by check, a 4-5 day waiting period is strictly enforced to ensure these payments clear so we can keep our overall costs down for all our customers.

*Please note: All orders paid by foreign currency must be processed online via Paypal®.

How do I order items online?
It's fun and easy! Click "Add to Cart" to add an item to your shopping cart. For each item you add, you will be forwarded to our secure ordering page via Paypal®. To continue your shopping, click "Continue Shopping" to return to our site. Paypal® keeps a running list of all of your shopping cart items. Click "View Cart" to view your cart's current selections. When you finished shopping, click "Checkout" and follow the prompts for payment.

We've worked hard to make this a fun and easy shopping experience. If you do not agree, please send us an email with your suggestions to feedback@baby-savings.com so we can consider ways to make your shopping experience better!

I've hit "Add to Cart" but I do not see my shopping cart...
Once you hit "Add to Cart", our system launches another browser window that will show your shopping cart and the inventory of your current selections. Generally, it launches the new window on top of the browser screen displaying our website.

However, depending on your system's settings, the new browser window may launch "underneath" the current browser window displaying our website. If this the case, minimize the current browser window (with our website) or check your Windows toolbar that shows all launched applications. Here you should see multiple browser sessions, of which one of them should be your shopping cart. Click on the session titled "Paypal - Paypal Shopping Cart" to view your selections and to complete your order.

But, I don't want to order online. How do I order items offline?
No problem! Just simply complete your shopping cart as if you were going to order online. Once you've finished ordering, print a copy of your shopping cart list instead of clicking the "Checkout" button. This copy will serve as your order form.

Mail, fax or phone your order to us for processing. Be sure to include your payment method with your order (i.e. handwrite your credit card number and expiration date on the form or include your check or money order). For our contact information, click here.

This is a gift. How can I have it shipped to the recipient? Can I include a gift card?
First off - thank you for your order. We hope your friend or family member truly enjoys your thoughtfulness of giving a unique gift that will keep giving to them all year long.

For security purposes, Paypal must be able to match your billing address information to your payment type. To ship to a different address, please include that address and your notes for your gift card. We will include a hand-calligraphic gift card with your sentiments. If the field is not large enough, please send us an email to orderstatus@baby-savings.com.

I need my order shipped outside of the USA. How do I handle shipping costs?
For orders outside of the USA, the following shipping charges below will apply. Currently we are trying to integrate this option into our shipping order to avoid a secondary step to your order process. Until then, we appreciate your understanding and patience.

Orders going to Canada and Mexico generally take 4-7 days for receipt* and are sent via normal postal services available to the USA. International orders to Europe, Japan, China, Australia, etc. are sent via the USPS' Global Priority service and make take from 5-10 days for receipt*.

The following shipping charges are a flat rate for all international orders weighing 2 pounds or less:

Canada and Mexico: An additional fee of $5.50 USD
All of Europe, China, Japan and Australia:  An additional fee of $12.00 USD

For countries not listed above or for international expedite shipping, please email us at shipping@baby-savings.com with your ship to address so we can provide you a shipping quotation.

How long will it take to get my order?
All of our orders are shipped from Greenville, SC and are shipped within 24-48 hours of the order receipt date via the United States Postal Service (www.usps.com).

Most orders shipped within the US will arrive within 2-7 days from date of shipping. Orders going to Canada and Mexico generally take 4-7 days for receipt*. International orders to Europe, Japan, China, Australia, etc. are sent via the USPS' Global Priority service and make take from 5-10 days for receipt*.

INK Books offers Overnight delivery services if you need your order fast. Overnight services for all orders weighing 2 pounds or less are available for an additional fee of $9.50 USD.

*Orders outside of the US require additional shipping charges. Please contact us at shipping@baby-savings.com for shipping quotes to avoid delays.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes, if you have chosen to purchase the Delivery Tracking Option for an additional 50¢. We will email or call you with your tracking number. To track your order, visit the USPS website at www.usps.com (choose the "Track Order" tab) or call their automated service at 1-800-222-1811.

All orders with upgraded shipping services (Overnight or Priority Delivery) automatically include a tracking number for your convenience.

What are your return policies?
We at INK Books want our customers pleased with their purchases - period.  Ecstatic, happy customers are the lifeblood of our business and your satisfaction is our top priority.  If for any reason, you are not pleased with your non-personalized order, please return it to us for a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges and gift wrap service charges).  Please note, all returns must be in "like-new, resellable" condition to qualify for your full refund.  Once your return is received and evaluated for "like new condition", we will email you confirming our receipt of your return and status of your refund approval.

Thank you for your understanding in advance that personalized orders, including but not limited to, autographed books, Life's Lesson Keepsake Poems, or completed Announcement Signs and the like are non-returnable.

Please email us at refunds@baby-savings.com to obtain your Return Number so we locate your order.  In your email, please indicate the date of your order, total amount and reason for return.  Return Number requests are generally handled within 24-48 hours from date of your request. Once you have received your Refund Number, please include it on your shipping label and ship to:

Credit card orders and e-check orders processed via Paypal will be refunded via Paypal.   Mailed orders paid by money order or check, will be refunded by corporate check.  Once the refund is processed, we will email you confirmation of your refund, date of refund and the total amount credited.
